Other than the name of the file and title what else should I change? It still shows the published scenario with the same name as my previous one although I deliberately changed it in the SC. It still claims the scenario has been unpublished as if the new scenario is still linked to the previous one, despite me changing the name. It was recommended by a Developer for someone else experiencing similar issues. Ok nevermind I fixed that issue by opting into the Steam Beta. Such a pain mate, I'm really really proud of this scenario too. Unfortauntely the issue I'm having now is the constant "Uploading Scenario Information" popup during publishing which has gone well over an hour with no progress. I manually added the many custom pictures (thankfully I had them organised well for easy access) and I'm not running any Betas and should be on the latest version of the game. txt documents excluding the Publishing file.
I have made a new scenario and transfered all the. But keep the original one too, just so you have a copy of it. Once you've done that, and opened in the SC to confirm that it's got all the data, then you can publish the new one. The folder will also contain any images you've used, but it would be simpler to re-upload those so that you don't have to edit publish.txt
And make sure the SC is not running when you do this. However DON'T copy "publish.txt", leave that alone. So you can copy those files between directories - everything that ends with ".txt" basically (eg. Look in there for a folder with the same name as the original scenario, and in there you'll find a bunch of files that store the scenario data.

Now find the scenario data files for your original scenario - these are at "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Ndemic Creations\Plague Inc. Then create a new scenario, save it, and then quit the SC. Yeah you should opt-out of the beta program and make sure you're running the latest public version. I'm all out of ideas and I definitely do not want to create the scenario from scratch. Similar to the issue mentioned on the link above, I was in the Beta during its creation and I tried opting out (which apparently it claims I was still in the Beta despite steam no longer recognising it) and opting back in (code no longer valid, I'm assuming the Beta is over). I tried mutilple attempts to fix the issue such as unpublishing and republishing the scenario to no aval (and I lost my 4 star rating and subscribers) with new saves in and out of the beta. It runs fine under local files however I was trying to get my brother to download and play the scenario to only discover it's not just me it's anyone who subscribed to it. So I have been experiencing issues with my "Stalker - The Zone" scenario as all my attempts to play the game under subscribe brings up "This scenario has been unpublished" and sits there with a loading screen until I quit the game.
